Focus to shift from stages and pavilions to the everyday spaces of Festival neighborhood

Day two saw around 500 congress participants pack the pavilion as they assembled for the Opening  Plenary session.  Mary Jane Ortega, Vice President of ICLEI, Monika Zimmermann, Deputy Secretary General of ICLEI and Heiner Monheim, Professor of Transport from University of Trier took the stage and addressed an audience including EcoMobility Alliance cities Boulder, Changwon, Freiburg im Breisgau, and Kaohsiung.
